Fall shaker card + video

Hello there,

Today I have for you a fall shaker card. I also have the process video that you can check out below.

As an embellishment I used some Nuvo mousse in Indian Gold. This stuff is great and it matched perfectly the golden embossing on the sentiment.

I used the Lawn Fawn stitched leaves die set for the shaker and the little leaves which I coloured using Distress inks – Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade.

Sentiment is from Lawn Fawn – Jump for Joy stamp set

Hello crafters!

TheStamping Boutique

with the prize of 3 digi images

Here is my take on the colour combo!

CIC370 Kamila2

I’ve created this quick shaker card and I used the image from Stamping Boutique Daisy Rope. I really like their images and I thought this one would be perfect wreath around my shaker area! I added some seed beads in the middle and added a sentiment from Happy Little Stampers set – Doodled Flowers. I Blended some distress ink – Spun Sugar and Wilted Violet – not an easy combo to blend! and I coloured the images with Pro Markers.

I hope you like this weeks project and challenge and that you will play along!

Have a great day!

Stars shaker cards

Hello and welcome!

Today I would like to share with you my latest video and 3 fun, colourful shaker cards I made.

It was suppose to be just one card but I made all kinds of silly mistakes and decided to get it right 😉

I really enjoyed creating these even though it was quite frustrating at points getting the shaker part right… For you I tried and tried and captured it on the camera so that YOU will pay more attention to what I did not 🙂 I hope the video will help you get your shaker cards ready right away as they are so super fun in the end!!

Here is the video where I explain my steps in more detail:

Shaker wreath card

Hello crafters!

Today I would like to share with you a wreath shaker card I made. To create it I used once again the Wplus9 stamp set Happy Wishes – I just love how many different projects I can create with this set!

This time I just stamped out the florals and fussy cut them creating a wreath for my shaker element. I then used some of these beautiful Happy Little Stampers enamel dots for the centres.

Here is the process video, I hope you will enjoy it!

Shake the feathers…

Today I would like o share with you a card I made using one of the older mini stamp sets by Lawn Fawn – Dreams. I just love it!

I decided  to make a shaker card and use both stamps and dies. I added some sequins inside to make the card super colourful. I used the rainbow colours but mixed them up. At the beginning I did not mean for the card front to be so busy but I just could not stop adding more and more feathers and then colouring them 😉 I first created a rosetta in the middle out of the small feather dies leaving a smal area in the middle for the sentiment.

Here is the shaker card I made using the stamps and the dies.

Rainbow shaker card using smooshing technique

Hello crafty friends!

I hope you are having a crafty and sunny day!

This card is for Sister Act card challenge design team inspiration.

This time I would like to share with you a rainbow shaker card that I made using two techniques – stripe die cutting and smooshing.

I really enjoyed trying the new technique – smooshing. I saw it the first time in one of Kristina Werner’s video and I was intrigued. I like how the colours just move their own way and mix together but at the same time you can control them with the paint brush. So much fun! Check out how it is done in the tutorial video I made for this card:

here are the pictures of the card:
