MFT colour challenge card

Hello dear crafty friends!

Today I would like to share with you a card I made for the My Favourite Things colour challenge. I do not own many MFT products although I love them all, but I am a happy owner of the gorgeous stamp set – Strike Up the Band! I just love these bunnies!!

When I saw the colour challenge at the MFT I decided to dress my bunnies into colourful outfits and use the colours that way!

I like how they turned out even though I am not the colouring specialist 😉 I used Promarkers and I list the colours used at the bottom of the blog post along with all the supplies.

I first die cut a panel out of Neenah solar white cardstock using Wplus9 Sunshine Layers die and I coloured the scalloped edges with my pro markers to match the sky and the grass. I then cut out a little cloud mask and used Salty Ocean Distress Ink to create a cloudy sky.

I used grassy border die by Lawn Fawn and Stitched Hillside birder die to create aditional elements for my scene and I coloured the grass using my promarkers and the hill using Mowed Lawn Distress Ink.

I coloured my cute bunnies with my markers as well – I love how they turned out so colourful and fun! I popped them on foam squares for dimension and my scene was finished!

OK just to finish it off I add some clear Wink of Stella on the outfits and instruments of the bunnies – you can see the sparkle on the last picture, where I managed to capture it!! 🙂

I hope you like it!

I am adding my card to the MFT #45 colour challenge!MFT_ColorChallenge_Banner_45Unknown
