CAS fall card + tutorial video

Hello dear friends!

Welcome to another blog post and another card share!

As I mentioned in the last video I had one more card for you along with another video. I liked this one so much and enjoyed blending these wonderful fall colours on the leaves that I decided to make a quick video showing the process. I hope you will enjoy it!

This is my card for the Through the Craft Room Door card challenge inspiration for this week also!

The sponsor this week is an awesome shop Frantic Stamper who generously offered this beautiful Chritsmas die:

valued at $25.99!

Here is the card I made using Lawn Fawn stitched leaves dies and Papertrey Ink stamp se – A Big Thank You.

I used Distress inks to blend the colours on the leaves and I just love how they blend!

The colours I used are: Fired Brick, Barn Door, Wild Honey, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, Shabby Shutters and Crushed Olive. For the sentiment I used Archival Coffee brown ink. I also added some glossy accent drops all over the leaves for that extra special effect. I popped both part of the leaves and the sentiment on foam squares for dimension.

I had so much fun creating this card! I used 3 shades of red Distress Ink – Fired Brick, Barn Door and Festive Berries for both panels. I added golden embossing by WOW, on the edges and for the stamped elements. I then stamped and coloured in these cute kids using from Mama Elephant – In My Heart set using Pro Markers and then I die cut the window using Pretty Pink posh die – Stitched Duo 3. I also added some stitched leaves by Lawn Fawn which I coloured also using Distress Inks. I added tumbled glass behind the window foe the contrast and that finished the card.

I hope you enjoyed watching the video!

Remember to join us at Addicted to Stamps and More card challenge and also to check out beautiful inspirations by other members of the Design Team!

Thank you so much for visiting!

Have a great and crafty day!

Through the Craft Room Door snowy afternoon card

Hello friends!

Welcome to my blog! Today I want to share with you card I made for the Through the Craft Room Door card challenge – always Anything Goes!

Sponsor this week is Drawn with Character who had the cutest digi stamps! You should definitely check out her Etsy shop!

Winner gets 3 images of their own choice!

Here is my card for this weeks inspiration:

The image I used on my card is Caroling Family . Such an adorable family don’t you think? I coloured them in using my Pro markers as well as some Copic Ciao’s for the hair and the books. I used snowflake stamps from Lawn Fawn – Frosties, which I stamped in Vera Mark ink and heat embossed using White opaque embossing powder by WOW. I then blended some distress inks over – I used Tumbled Glass and Salty Ocean to add that frosty morning winter feel to it. I popped my panel on the craft card base and aded a sentiment also from Lawn Fawn stamp set – Bows and Holly, which I also heat embossed in white.

I hope you like the card and if you do please leave me a comment and subscribe to my blog for more cardmaking inspirations!

Have a great and CRFATY day!
