Gradient Happy Birthday card with “sprinkles”

Hi again,

just a short post with this kind of masculine birthday card. I blended different blues and a purple and sprinkled water on top, I just love this effect with distress inks! I decided to add some vellum with silver and gold embossed stars on it to add some sparkle and interest to the card.

I used Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Chipped Sapphire and Seedless Preserves. I just love how these inks blend together creating new colours in between! I hope you like it too!

  1. Beautiful inking on your background and I love your embossed stars! Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at ATCAS!

  2. WOW…your sponging is gorgeous! A lovely selection of colours and the gradient is ever so eye-catching! The starry vellum is such a pretty special touch! Thank you for sharing your sprinkle-inspired gem in the Inkspirational gallery!
